PORTION CONTROL BAG
Elkay Plastics now offers a new food service application bag. The bag is a co-extruded polypropylene bag we call the 7 Days of the Week Portion Control Bag.
The new bag possesses all the characteristics of our co-extruded polypropylene bag line and can be used in frozen storage and microwave thawing applications in commercial kitchens. Its “portion control” application makes it easy to designate the day-of-the-week on which the contents are to be used. Just check the appropriate day on the preprinted label with a felt tip or ballpoint pen. Food ingredients can be pre-measured into convenient portions or exact quantities for quick and easy availability in the kitchen at the time they are needed.
